Вы путайте теплое с мягким. Эпики собирают комиссию по анрилу из-за того что есть условия использования движка который им и принадлежит. Вы берете анрил бесплатно, если у вас игра начинает зарабатывать платите коммиссию эпикам. Причем тут платежи через эпик?
Изучите внимательно дело. Эпики обязанны оплатить упущенную выгоду. То есть 30% денег которые они заработали от внешней платежной системы от обновления и до блокировки. Они подписали договор, они его нарушили, они должны выплатить эпплу деньги. Но теперь после решения суда, эппл не может запрещать проводить внешние платежи.
