I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Frontier Airlines San Juan Office in light of my uncle's recent business trip experience, which had him leaving San Juan. He had an absolutely remarkable experience with the office from beginning to end.At the Frontier Airlines Office in San Juan, the personnel welcomed him with open arms as soon as he arrived. He was a little nervous because he didn't speak English well, but he was pleasantly surprised to find staff members who were not only very kind and polite, but also proficient in Spanish. From check-in information to baggage rules, they provided comprehensive answers to all of his inquiries, which made the procedure go smoothly.Their proactive customer service attitude was what really made an impression. A small problem with my uncle's itinerary was promptly and easily fixed by the staff, who genuinely cared about his comfort and travel arrangements. He much valued the fact that their professionalism and kind manner greatly decreased his tension.
