Actually all the difference in speed is not cause by overheating. MT41K1G4-125 memory operates @ 1600mhz compared to KMRX10014M-B614 which memory module operates @ 1866mhz and is made by samsung assuming its better quality.
Was kind of hard to find information specially about KMRX10014M-B614 due samsung removing/not providing all data needed.
Thanks for good compare/only one there actually is between these too. Was about to buy the air model cause cheaper/around same performance. But was able to find that eMCP might actually be operating with higher frequenzy = making it more efficient. Thou you could do some further testing on this if apply cooling on those micron chips if the performance increases.
