The next generation of Oppo flagship smartphones called the Oppo Find X6 series is said to debut in Q1 2023. The series is expected to feature two devices, namely the Find X6 and the Find X6 Pro. Ahead of the launch, many key details of these devices have been uncovered through leaks and certifications.

Now, live images of the Oppo Find X6 Pro have emerged online. The images come from Weibo tipster 机海风云 (Via /Leaks). Taking a look at the images, it is quite clear that Oppo is indeed following the design that has already appeared in the leaked renders. The claims about the device being quite chunky also appear to be true. But what’s most interesting is the massive camera bump of the device.

The thickness of this device and its camera module begs the question: Is the device comfortable to hold? Is the weight balance natural or is the top side heavier?

Other than that, the image also reveals that the device has a curved display, a power button on the right side, a speaker grille on the top, and glass covering the massive camera module. Let’s take a look at other details that are known so far.

Oppo Find X6 Pro specs

According to rumors, the Find X6 Pro would boast a 6.8- or 6.9-inch AMOLED QHD+ 120Hz display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. A 5,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging is most likely included. The Android 12 OS, which is based on ColorOS 13, will come preinstalled.

The Find X6 Pro is believed to have three 50-megapixel cameras on the rear with up to 120x zoom functionality. A 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 main camera with OIS is anticipated to be part of the Find X6 Pro’s rear camera arrangement. It features the same 1-inch camera sensor as the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. It will be aided by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 ultra-wide camera with autofocus. A 50-megapixel periscope camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS will be the third sensor. It is not yet known if it will use a Sony IMX890 or IMX766 sensor. The punch-hole in the front will feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor.
